INFORMATION CONCERNING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING ART. 13 – EU REG. 679/16

The European Regulation 679/2016 or "General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR) fully replaces the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 as of 25 May 2018.

The regulation states, in particular, that the data subject in question - hereinafter also known as the "data subject" - must be informed in advance (Art. 13) about the use of data concerning it and that the processing of personal data is allowed only with the express consent of the data subject in question, when necessary.

To this end, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of the Regulation, Florence Consulting Group s.r.l., with registered office in Viale L. Lama, 23, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (FI), in its capacity as "DATA CONTROLLER", provides the following information.

In General

The company performs processing operations for the various purposes listed below; common features of these processing operations are reported immediately, while the differences between processing operations are highlighted below.

The personal data you provide as a data subject (the individual to whom personal data refers), will be processed in accordance with current legislation, using manual, computer and on-line tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and may involve all the operations provided for in Article 4, paragraph 2 of the Regulation.

In any case, all data is processed in accordance with the law and the confidentiality obligations imposed by it. In relation to the above purposes, no "specific data" (previously known as "sensitive data") referring to the data subject will be processed.

Geographical Area of Processing

Your personal data is processed almost exclusively within the European Community; marketing and e-mail data may be processed by third party companies (e.g. Google, Hotjar) that comply with the European Community's Privacy Shield for the processing of personal data.

Profiling

Your data will not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, which produces legal effects concerning you or which significantly affects you in a similar way.

Deletion and Amendment

You have the right to know, at any time, what information has been acquired by the individual data controllers, i.e. by our Company or by persons stated by third parties and how the information is used. You also have the right to update, supplement, amend or delete the information, to block information or oppose to the processing of the above information.

In order to exercise your rights, as well as for more detailed information about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom data is disclosed or who become aware of it as managers or appointees, you may contact the data controller or one of their employees in charge, identified in this information disclosure.

You may exercise your rights at any time in respect of the data controller pursuant to article 15 and following of the regulation.

DATA PROCESSING CASES

Customers and Suppliers

Processing of customer and supplier data for administrative and accounting purposes only, including electronic communications.

The purpose of the processing is the performance of the activities provided for in the contract in place with the customer or supplier, for administrative and accounting purposes only.

The provision of personal data for the above purposes is optional, but is necessary, as without your personal data we cannot follow-up on the existing contract (deliveries, payments, etc..).

Data recipients: Data may be disclosed to group companies or Public Bodies for inspection and control activities, expressly delegated to the latter by law or to those who are institutionally responsible for them (such as, for example, the Bank of Italy, Auditors, Justice bodies, etc..), or to companies that carry out control and accounting audits on behalf of the company.

Storage: Your personal data subject to this purpose will be processed for the next 10 years as required by the law on tax compliance, and will still be present in our IT infrastructures for about one year (average time to maintain backups) and then be permanently deleted. In the case of electronic communications, such as e-mails, these will have an average lifespan of about 2 years, including their backup.

Contact Forms

Data processing through the collection of consent for requests for additional information through the appropriate contact form.

The purpose of the processing is to respond to requests for additional information on products and services through the forms available on the site.

The provision of personal data for the above purposes is optional; however, without your data and consent you will not be able to submit any requests through the contact forms.

Data recipients: Data will not be disclosed to anyone, nor will it be disseminated.

Storage: The personal data subject to this purpose will be processed exclusively to respond to your request for information and be automatically deleted from the site’s database no later than 365 days following the receipt of the request. Data sent by means of the contact form through our Privacy Centre can be viewed, downloaded and permanently deleted at any time.

Consent: Consent to the processing of your personal data is given by ticking the appropriate authorisation check-box that can be found in all information request forms on the site.

Personal data subject to this purpose will be processed exclusively to respond to your request for information and be automatically deleted from the site’s database no later than 365 days following the receipt of the request.
